Metropolitan Park North includes five levels of office space over six levels of above-grade parking. The project also includes grade-level retail and a basement level health club with lap pool and spa. The roof terraces back at the office floors with a dramatic garden at the top parking level.

Special building features include a long-span concrete framing system for both the office tower and parking structure. This system uses widely spaced columns, which creates open and uninhibited office space and excellent parking efficiency. In addition, it reduces structural costs through standardization of formwork and elimination of transfer beams. The building was built with post-tensioned concrete floors. Shear walls around the cores resist seismic loads.
