Cristalla is a 24-story luxury residential tower on the site of the historic Crystal Pool Natatorium. The Italian Renaissance terracotta facades of the old structure were preserved and incorporated into the new building.

The structure consists of cast-in-place concrete with hybrid floor slabs. It features floor-to-ceiling glazing, glass railings and exposed architectural concrete. Luxury penthouses occupy the top two floors.

Cristalla is widely recognized for both it's striking architectural design and state-of-the-art engineering.
