A 4-level parking garage addition to the Red Wind Casino added 630 parking stalls and a 4-story rock waterfall to the structure’s exterior. The waterfall, which is attached to the parking structure, lights up at night to provide great ambiance.

The structural framing for this garage is a hybrid system. The deck is cast-in-place / post-tensioned, and the vertical and horizontal support components are precast. The deck transfers lateral load into cast-in-place shear walls. The project was completed on time and on budget.
