Situated along the Bremerton boardwalk, this mixed-use project encompasses three levels of underground parking, an office building, retail, hotel, and a convention center. The project includes a large open plaza that sits atop the underground parking. The plaza flows into the boardwalk and affords spectacular views of the water and mountains.
A network of pedestrian walkways connect this project to the Bremerton Transportation Center, for which CKC also provided the structural design.
