U.S. Army Housing
The Dugway Army Lodge is a 73,200 square foot building housing 200 soldiers. The Lodge also incorporates soldier community facilities.
The roof framing system is comprised of engineered trusses made of cold-formed steel and spaced at 24” on center. The floor system consists of 3” deep composite steel decking filled with normal weight concrete with a total thickness of 6.5”. Welded-wire reinforcement was used to prevent shrinkage cracks.
